Retrieving Account and Password

I am trying to retrieve information from my old World of Warcraft Collector's Edition account, but the thing of it is, I forgot all the information including my email, of which I thought was valid?

I tried contacting Billing, but I get this busy noise and then it says call failed. 1-800-592-5499.

I have the collector's edition code and the physical contents, however I do not have the receipt.

Any suggestions?
