Consolidate nine Announcement stickies to one

It's been confirmed that this will remain an English-only forum for now.

Given that, it would make sense to consolidate the *nine* multilingual Hearthstone announcement sticky posts to one.

That would allow more screen-space for other stickies, to highlight emerging high-value Hearthstone content that isn't the Announcement. As it is the one FAQ and one Fireside Duel sticky are lost in the shuffle.

Even though, we are an English-Only forum right now, we want to keep the stickies separate to allow the other language communities a chance to grow and engage with each other. I know it looks a little cluttered, but it won't always remain that way.
