Is it me or does my little weak imp do more damage than my Doomguard/Terrorguard?

Has any looked at the dps between these two??? Well when you get a chance take a look.

My question is this..... Why is there a 10 minute CD, for what suppose to be a superior pet, that does less damage than the regular pets that don't require a CD??? Really what's the point??

I know you may say well... it's additional DPS... well, guess what, there a talent tha enables you to summon a second pet upon command..... which still does more dps than the doomguard/terrorguard.

In adddition, the old doomguard was alotttttttt better and stronger back in BC!!! Today the terrorguard/doomguard sits back and cast a weak shadowbolt that doesn't even put a dent in the enemy's health. The old doomguard would go up to the apponent and just create a slaughter house with some melee action. Plus, the old Doomguard was really elite compared to the weak doomguard/terrorguard today!!! Back in BC and before the doomguard had a war stomp that stunned all ememies, sever melee dps, Rain of Fire, dispell, and cripple.

Todays doomguard/terrorguard is just a joke!!! Like I said, no offense, but my pet imp does more dps than the 10min CD Doomguard/Terrorguard. Blizzard/WoW, if you're gonna make warlocks wait 10mins, not even 5 mins like the shaman elementals, then at least make it worth it!!! Clearly a doomguard/terrorguard that can only sits back and cast a shadowbolt that does less damage than my imp's fire bolt isn't worth it... it's a joke!!! Bring back the old doomguard... please!!!
