Outland to Northrend Question

What is the earliest level that I can leave Outland and head to Northrend? I know Outland is a favorite of many, but it's such a bore to me and I usually stall in character progression at that point (I just got level 67 the other night and I've been sitting at 66 for months now). I'm not saying Northrend is better, I just enjoy it more, and I'd like to move on up, so to speak. What's the best and quickest level to do that at?

You can go to Northrend at level 68. The quests there are fairly well grouped and offer more experience than level 68 Outland quests, so usually the second I hit 68 I'm off to Borean or Howling Fjord.


Pretty much this. You should be relatively comfortable going in at level 68.
