Lore question: Draenei and Human relations

Some lore questions I was hoping to get answered.

1) Would it be possible/make sense for Humans to have been aboard the Exodar for a while, prior to the crash on Azeroth? How might they have gotten there?

2) Did the Draenei make stops at other "planets" before they crashed on Azeroth, or was it a straight shoot from Draenor and then the crash? Do other planets even exist in WoW?

A couple off the top of the head are Argus, homeworld of the Eredar, and Xoroth, a planet controlled by the Nathrezim, where Dreadsteeds are native.

Argus might not exist anymore and Xoroth isn't exactly known for its climate. :/
