Got unbanned !!!!

It appears that your account was compromised and used for malicious activities, Xcel, which resulted in its being banned. This is a standard method lately to stop the malicious activities from continuing to take place. The unfortunate side effect is that you, the account owner, were locked out of the account for a period of time while we verified the compromise and did what we could to reinstate account security. I do apologize for the inconvenience this matter caused, though I'm happy to hear you got your account back. : )

I believe it is because the "red flag" that provides plenty enough reason for banning the account is identical whether or not the account was actually compromised. From our end, we see an account doing bad things and we close it down since account security is ultimately the responsibility of the account owner. Now, if the account owner does claim that such activities taking place on the account were not authorized, we will gladly take an additional investigative look to verify whether or not the account was being shared, compromised, or if the owner was participating in malicious activities.
