two very important questions.

alright, lets get to the point..

im part of a gaming community website, i wont link it because i dont wanna advertise.
but i told the event manager that it would be a great idea to host a tournament during the first week of beta release. i suggested a 20$ prize, and he liked the idea soo much that he is looking more into the 100$ range. and the give the website more traffic by livestreaming the event, but that brings me to my two questions.

1. will there be a spectating feature in the game? or is there talk of it going around the office?

2. if there is, would we be allowed to livestream the game during beta phase? or will there be restrictions to how public the game can be during beta?

it would be greatly appreciated if i can get these questions answered since alot of the staff in the website is stoked for this game to be out already.

and I actually want to try making a non profit website revolving around hosting and streaming tournaments of the games competitive players.

Hi Maru, thank you for your interest in setting up a tournament for Hearthstone. Like Ben stated we don't have a spectator mode where you can see both hands at the same time, but if the game really takes off and this becomes a big want from the community we can definitely look into it.

As far as being able to stream in beta, I don't have specifics on an NDA. As we get closer to beta I am sure we'll talk about if there is an NDA or not and if we encourage streaming games or not. :)
