A ring called Forzarra's Last Meal drops from world boss Oondasta on the Isle Of Giants.. so, who is/was Forzarra? Anyone know?

I don't know who Forzarra was, but since there was confusion about where that last meal was before appearing in my inventory, friends suggested I wash the ring first before wearing it. >_>
