The three wings listed in the quest aren’t active right now. Can you do it by fishing Twisting Corridors like you can for legos?

With a hotfix that went live in all regions a couple of hours ago, the Torghast storyline quest “Lest the Trail Go Cold” can now also be completed in Skoldus Halls, Fracture Chambers, and Soul Forges.
The quest text will be updated to include this in a later patch.
