Q u o t e:
What error are you getting exactly? Perhaps a call to Billing to do it manually will solve the problem?
Q u o t e:
The most common reasons for a failed authorization of a credit card include (but are not limited to):
Insufficient funds or holds on funds.
Incorrect or mistyped Verification Code. For Visa, Master Card and Discover the credit card verification code is generally the last set of digits in the numeric string located in the signature field on the back of your card. If you have an older credit card and it does not have a verification code then you should be able to obtain an updated one from your provider.
Any credit card used must be from within the supported North American region (the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia).
Any credit card with a billing address residing outside of this region will be rejected from our system, regardless of your current geographical location.

PPS: Back then i tried 4 different army aviation debit master cards, mine mothers sisters girlfriends, and they all had the same error. Only reason i'm bringing this back up is simply i need to transfer a character and the only option is via credit cards
Q u o t e:
What would really be nice is adding other options for paying for character transfers incase of problems like this, such as Cards you can purchase at wal-mart, etc etc.
