Because in my friends account management it's is saying under 'linked accounts' n/a. Which concerns me and makes me wonder why this is the case?

Should the friend's account have not been referred using the new Recruit-a-Friend (meaning, referred yesterday), then I'm afraid neither you nor your friend will be able to receive the benefits.
