Server time... Parental Control issues

Discovered that my son found he can stay on 1 hour later then what I have set for him, and cannot log in till 1 hour after I set.
How long will it be until the Server and Parental control times are corrected?
The server time did not update with DLS rolled over on 3/11.
Same for PC times.

I would agree with you, Scrimshaw. :)

As nothing productive has been seen in this thread for awhile it will need to be locked.
