Still can't copy characters over to PTR

Can we please have this addressed? I made a support ticket and the GM that replied instructed me to complain here because they were useless (apparently they can't help with PTR issues?). I've made 3 copies now and none of them are visible on my character list despite being "complete" (2 of these copies were made like 20 days ago).

Quick question for those affected to help us figure this out. Were you involved in the MOP Beta? and when you login do you have an option to login to multiple accounts (i.e. a WoW1 or WoW2)?

Precip, are WoW1 and WoW2 the only accounts that are available to you?
