need some clarification from a blue

i do apologize i know that asking for a blue to post in a thread is heavily frowned upon, however i am in need of a definite answer to my question, one that the playerbase is already split on.

the chests on the isle of thunder, 'trove of the thunder king' not to be confused with the single player scenario of the same name, are these meant to only be found once a week per player and after the first is found be phased out for the remainder of the week?

if so when do you intend to fix the bug where players are able to find multiples a week, and if not when do you intend to fix the bug where players are not able to find multiples a week? (one way or another it is bugged for some)

The intent is to only be able to loot 1 Trove of the Thunder King per week; however, we're aware that in some cases it has been possible to loot more. We've either addressed or are working to address the few and very rare instances where it's been possible to loot more than one.
