Unauthorized Paid Character Transfer

My account was stolen and a character was transferred to a different account. I sent in an unauthorized paid character transfer form. Then, account management closed my account. I sent in the proper forms, and my account was restored. Now I have my account back, but I still don't have the character returned to me, which is the reason it was closed in the first place.

Please don't tell me to email account management, as they take days to respond, and will simply just close my account again, saying it was compromised. I know. I know it was compromised. Give me my character back!

Edit: This character's name and server were not chosen by me, but by my hacker! Yay! But Blizzard doesn't care, because the subscription is being paid, who cares about a character on it?
