There are many employees at Blizzard who play Alliance, many who play Horde, and many who play both. The idea that we, as a company, would work to glorify one faction over another doesn't really make sense.

While your perception of faction balance may be specifically reinforced by your experiences in Battlegrounds, I can assure you the win/loss ratios vary between level brackets and battlegroups.
