WWI Pet Redemption - Blue Tracker

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with redeeming their WWI Goody Bag Pet. When we returned from the WWI in Paris I logged on and entered my code (located on the back of the card under the scratch off area) onto link www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html. I was then given another code to use ingame, in order to retrieve my pet from a guy in the Forlorn Caverns (in Ironforge for Alliance). When I went to retrieve my pet, I was given a message to the effect that I had an invalid code.

I then placed an ingame ticket to speak to a GM, he told me that the next patch should fix the problem. This was around June 29th.

There has been a patch since then, and I still can't redeem my pet. And I just want to make sure that I will not miss out on my pet or costume.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you receiving the same "Invalid Code" error when you enter it in-game?

Make sure you're speaking with Ian Drake outside of the Stormwind Auction House to claim your pet. :)
