We don't have any plans to allow gender changes at this point in time. If you wish to make a suggestion, please feel free to post in the Suggestions forum.

You will not be able to change your face or skin color. You will be able to change things such as hairstyle, earrings, tusks, beards, etc.

There will be new hairstyles, you will be able to change your hair color, I believe undead will be be able to change the features portion of their face (straps, jaw etc), feel free to start a barbershop quartet if you wish but there is no guarantee anyone will tip you.
