I haven't Bought a Dell Wow Laptop, nor did i attend any Blizzcons, but I did opt in, i was wondering when those emails would be sent out, im in high hopes to get one, is there any criteria, does anyone know if theres something we need to be chosen for beta testing, and if were not chosen will they send us an email telling us that? it would be much more convenient than sitting around waiting for mail you're never gonna get. Well. I'm happy to hear from Blue about it... but I can't tell you how disappointed I am that this is two weekends in a row I won't be able to try the Beta... because weekends are pretty much the only time I will be able to test it. The week is reserved for my day job and my night job (raiding :P).
I think if there is a problem with our keys it's probably because we weren't supposed to be sent keys, our accounts were just supposed to be upgraded. Maybe they need to look into the mechanism.
I am so disappointed :(

By what I have been told things have been going a bit bad at Blizzard since the Beta began which would explain why the fansites haven't received their keys as early as they normally would.

This comes back to my original point. Rather than making this into a Lottery System, award Beta invites to people who actually are known to contribute for the purpose of enhancing the playability of WoW and the general knowledge base of the game. Stickies and max post threads are a great place to start. I'm sure these kind of people are more willing to spend time providing actual feedback to not only you guys, but members of their communities (Specifically Class Forums) who grasp at every straw that reads Wrath of the Lich King Information. Having that funnel from well known people is nothing but a plus both ways. Am I wrong in seeing it this way?

Thank you for the fast response! Unfortunately I was really looking forward to testing in Wrath, as I really enjoyed testing for Burning Crusade, heh. It was one of the main components of why I decided to spend a large sum of money on the laptop in the first place. At least that's not a definite no, and I can still hope. :) Either way, I'm sure I'll be buying Wrath when it comes time for it to go live since I've really enjoyed every game Blizzard has released. :D

I've been emailing beta billing since last Friday.. I still do not have my beta key. I've registered back in August of 07 ad several friends that went to BlizzCon with me have already recieved their beta keys. When can I expect to recieved mine? I changed it yesterday, but was curious if there was any way to tell if my account had been chosen in the first wave of opt-ins and have the message resent to the correct address, currently on file.
