I've been looking around on the forums as to what this chargeback actually is.
My account that was banned was compromised several times, resulting in me password recovering the account. As it says, the chargeback was from the 20th of April, this year.. And i'm certain at that time the account would have been frozen, as i was using another of my accounts and hadn't added game time to that one in some time.
I would appreciate if an investigation could take place about my banned? account. ( I'll have to phone blizzard for this to happen, i know. )
But i'm sure it can be proven that the account was accessed by someone other than myself.
When the account was first taken? , back then, i had emails notifying me of account detail change, which i didn't accept, and since then have recovered and had access to my account with no compromise, that i know of.
I've had ongoing attempts been made to password recover my account, which is no real big deal, seeing as the password gets sent to my email.
The thing is, i've always used game cards to pay for play, never credit card. I don't own a credit card.
Also, please see the second email. I received them both at the same time.

Does the second one mean my account is permanently closed?
I'd like to get this sorted ASAP...
I've also just added a game card to that account *yesterday*. What's going to happen with this?
If i do end up getting my account back, would the time on the account still be the same, or will it continue to expire?
Thanks in advance guys, and lookforward to a response.
