Cheers to everyone!
I'm posting using my girlfriend's account.

My account was disabled this afternoon (gmt+8) for an unknown reason, the e-mail i recieved from blizzard account admin is as follows,

An investigation of the World of Warcraft account *hidden* has produced evidence that the account has been accessed by someone who is not allowed to use it. The account has been disabled to provide you with an opportunity to secure and regain access to it. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have also been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

Further compromises of this account’s security may result in the account being disabled again. Please be sure to follow the steps below to help prevent future security issues:

After which, they asked me to send my account name, first and last name of the registered player and acknowledgment that my computer has been secured to [email protected].

I've already sent my account name, first and last name, and an acknowledgment that my computer has been secured after scanning my computer with various virus, Trojan and spyware scanners approximately 8 hours ago, but i haven't received a reply from any admins from blizzard.

Can anyone enlighten me why was my account banned at first? And is [email protected] a trustworthy place to send my account information? If it's a trustworthy place, why haven't i received a reply?

Kudos to everyone who's reading and replying my long thread!

Your account is locked, Calyndrina—not banned. We detected unusual activity and so have temporarily restricted access to prevent potential tampering.

It is indeed quite trustworthy. That you have yet to receive a response is simply indicative of our workload and not how scrupulous the address may or may not appear. :)
