To bandage or not to bandage?

A friend of mine and i are having an argument and need some help.

He plays a 70 warrior, I play a 70 hunter. He feels its ok to bandage in a duel. I on the other hand consider it weaksauce and bad form. Anything not class given should never be used in a duel IMHO.

whats your vote?

edit: normal drop trinkets i feel are ok, engineering trinkets are imba and should be excluded.

I've never used pots in a duel however, bandages were always ok. I really think the rules of a duel are up to the people participating however, I've always felt 'no pots/trinkets' was a given for the most part. Bandages I've always felt were fair game.

I'll stop using my engineering trinkets when you stop using your blacksmith weapon.

I don't have a blacksmithed weapon. ;)

As I said, this is how I've always done duels and granted these are typically with guildmates more than anything. Using up consumables just makes for having to go out herbing or whatever to replenish resources. Using them in real PvP situations though? Anything goes.
