We log all chat that occurs within the game to an extent. Unless an error or issue actually prevented us from seeing the reported person's chat logs, they should be able to be looked up. Reporting with the player's name, approximate time of the conversation, and what channel it occurred in is probably enough. While our brave and friendly in-game support staff investigates every claim it doesn't necessarily mean that we're going to immediately ban everyone that's reported. We do appreciate the reports and will take the necessary action.
