Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell where the proper forum is to start a tread for my GM who was illegitamtely and undeservingly banned. I know this isnt the forum and blizz will just shut it down, so if someone could kindly tell me where it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

My guild leader Katakysism, of Facing Death on the Demon Soul server was banned out of nowhere a few days ago and didnt receive an email as to why for 24hours+.
Upon recieving this email he was accused of exploitation. Hes not 100% sure what blizzard means but we all assume hes being accused of selling / buying gold, or powerleveling, but we cant be sure because hes innoccent and the email is vague.

Im doing this because hes one of the best ppl I have met on Demon Soul. He does nothing but help his guildies in any way he can. He didnt have his epic mount till 66, so you tell me does that sound like someone who exploits?

I and several others simply look at this action as ***# like. Blizz you assume ppl are guilty and only care about your own opinion. Everytime I have had a game issue I have solved it myself or with the help of a fellow player, mostly never even recieving a responce from blizz. You guys dont care about the players, just thier money. Its so sad but hey in a world like this its expected for you to be like this. Not many ppl fight for what they believe in, or take sacrafice to do the right thing. Congrats on being a sheep.

I'm afraid no thread you start will be able to assist your guild leader, Mondays, he will need contact our Account Administration Department. They are the only ones that are able to look into this issue for him.

He can contact AA using the e-mail address or webform posted below.

Also I would like to point out that this is simply not true, we do not assume people are guilty and rely on merely our opinion. Our intent is not to close the accounts of people actually playing the game but to remove those that are violating the Terms of Use and we gather evidence of such actions before the account is closed.

Our information is very thorough and we don't close accounts lightly. If it was true that we don't care about players and only want their money, wouldn't we keep all accounts active as long as they are paying us? As players ourselves we care about the player base as a whole, if someone is found to have violated our Terms of Use in such this way they are removed for the betterment of all.

The fact is only your guild leader and Account Administration knows the entire story, regardless of what your opinion of his character is.

I have no doubt that he is a nice guy and I wish him good fortune in getting this straightened out with our Account Administration Department.

The phone number he is calling would not assist him as our Billing Department does not handle these cases. He will need to use the e-mail or webform that I have provided.
