Account stolen - Character retrieval issue

--In an attempt to keep a LONG story short I will summarize--

Two months ago my home was broken into and robbed, my computer was taken along w/other items. As one can imagine losing my WoW account didn't even register when I was confronted with having EXTREMELY important information in the hands of thieves. So I have been to hell and back re-securing my buisness email accounts / banking information / and tons of other valueable information (including my WoW account info but its my own freaking computer I should not have to worry about saving that info).

And lucky me I get robbed by people who knew the value of my WoW account. So from what I gather my account was sold after being stolen and my Main Character (70 Tauren Warrior w/ full season 3 - epic flyer -maxed arena and honor points saved - 2000 + gold .) Was transfered to another realm. And they were able to do this because of the host of information stored in my PC that gave them the answer to my secret question, my email accounts for contact updates, and my full name so they were able to transfer my character to a new account when they sold it.

So after I finaly put the rest of my life back together and retrieve my account , I find my main missing I am now trying to retrieve my Character that I have paid for and put ALOT of time into (200 days played on that one character alone).

-I SENT IN THE TRANSFER ABUSE FORM (or whatever its called) IN ON THE 1RST WHICH IS MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AGO AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CHARACTER BACK.( its recieval by blizz was confirmed)

Please someone help. Ive had to basically restart myself from credit cards all the way to this WoW account of mine. Ive been through everything pre-BC since the close beginning and I STILL really do like this game...... and just want to keep playing it. If I have to submit another form Im going to puke, all I want is my character back

Sorry for the delay Explicit.

Do we have your current email on file? You should have received notification of this back on the 5th of July.

Account Administration reviewed this, and due to it's age, they declined to reverse it.

You are most welcome to put in another appeal, but things of this nature are somewhat time sensitive.

When months go by between an action and a request, the chances it can be reversed tend to get progressively slimmer.

I am very sorry, but any further appeals to this is going to have to be done through official channels. This is strictly an Account Administration call at this point.

If you'd like to advance this theory, you are more than welcome to.
