"Aqua Teen Hunger Force" guild name

There's a guild on Tichcrondrius named "Aqua Teen Hunger Force." As everybody knows this name is used by a TV show on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim. It's also a registered trademark (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=qbs16s.2.10).

I've reported this guild several times and no action has been taken. Why? It's not fair that this guild be allowed to run around with a trademarked name while other's are actioned for using the names of TV shows.

This is my only QQ.

Thanks.

I know we are on about coffee now. :P But I wanted to address this concern.

Our Terms of Use say this:
Q u o t e:

That is, contains, or is substantially similar to a trademark or service mark, whether registered or not;

Please remember though it also says this before the list of what not to do.
Q u o t e:

If Blizzard finds such a label to be offensive or improper, it may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the name, remove the label and corresponding chat room, and/or suspend or terminate your use of the Program.

And this is taken from our Naming Policy Support Article.
Q u o t e:

Trademarks
This category includes both clear and masked names which:

* Are trademarked/licensed by a company or an individual

If a player is found to have such a name for their character, guild, arena team, or pet, and the trademark owner protests its use, he/she may:

The only reason it would be changed that I know of is if it was a guild name on an RP realm.

Yea ill get right on that when you guys go fix paladins, fair deal?

Hello, Scumm, I am Game Master Vrakthris not Developer Vrakthris.

If you believe a class or aspect of the game should be changed you are welcome to post in our Suggestion Forums.

Personally I play a Paladin and I rock, to each their own though.

I am a Centaur of many talents. <3

*hugs*

I also play a Hunter, Warlock, and Mage at the moment too. :P I actually have a variety of characters but I'm trying to remain a little focused and level the ones I have instead of continually switching between alts. :D

for all you nasty little peons with your prot tanks, take a look at ret and holy for arena viability and the whole PVP aspect of this game that blizzard prides itself on.

Thanks for your useless comments, Thunderwulf, your terrible, and its "Nancy" not shirly rofl

you cant even talk trash correctly

I know a few top rated Paladins that use both specs in the Arena.

Perhaps they know something you don't, a civil discussion with others who play the same class might result in some useful information. Your current posting style doesn't seem to warrant anything but the reaction you have received. Good luck to you though.
