CD Key Already Used - Brand New Disk

A few weeks ago I bought a World of Warcraft Battlechest from EB Games, with regular WoW and TBC. I installed WoW fine, but when I went to enter the TBC CD Key it says that the CD Key has already been used. I no longer have the receipt from EB Games.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

That is strange that one key would be used but not the other.

Give me a moment I'm going to have a Game Master contact you in-game to retrieve the numbers from you so I can check something. You will likely have to contact EBgames for further assistance but we'll see what we can find out.
