Will it ever be possible to transfer (whether paid or free) soulbound items from one character to another? For example, I have an old character that I don't use anymore, but that has tons of pvp marks that I could really use on my shaman now. Is there any way that I could have those transferred to my shaman?

At this time we do not have any plans to alter the functionality of soulbound items. Essentially you're asking that we remove the soulbound requirement on Marks of Honor. This limitation was set in place primarily to prevent the type of activity in which you wish to take part.

There is still an ongoing discussion about legacy items. I didn't feel they fully pertained to the original post, as soulbound items -- including Marks of Honor -- will largely keep the same limitations they currently have.
