I completely understand if this is in the wrong posting area and if you decide it is inappropriate by any means delete/move this post however you see fit.

I would like to ask how you came to getting a customer service rep. job with blizzard? Did you obtain say a HR degree through school or was it one of those things that just kinda fell into your lap?

I (and I imagine there are plenty of others on the forums that feel this way) have always been interested in working for blizzard and was just curious to see what an employee did to get they're foot in the door.

I don't know about falling into my lap :).

I've been a Game Master for quite some time and was fortunate enough to be in the right place, at the right time when there was an opening.

That link does indeed go to our page with current openings. This is a fantastic place to work, ya'll just have no idea *evil grin*.

I could imagine its a great place to work if you can appreciate countries like communist Russia.

Am i still on notice for nothing? Or will I be taken out back and misteriously disappear?

Still concerned,

Ok thank you for your answer. Customer service is fine and all as I also work in a field like that, however when a patient comes to me with a question, i dont tell him/her to to take the problem elsewhere. I do whats appropriate in the situation. I like how your being professional now but as a customer service rep. I dont and wouldnt expect MY "customers" to be happy if i treated them poorly which was the case earlier.

Patient? You are in healthcare? Noble industry.

If you work in a hospital, and someone brings their car in for breakwork?
