It's that time again. That time when Arena Season 3 ends and Season 4 begins.

During this time players excited to purchase new gear may mistakenly purchase the wrong item in their haste. These errors are by no means the only ones made, there still are a number of looting errors and every day mistakes that continue to generate petitions asking for recovery assistance. Through this combination of events the wait times may be a bit longer than normal.

Most requests for restoration of an item/character or refund of arena/honor points for a mispurchase must be escalated to one of our Character Specialist. Once escalated, the petition will wait in a queue to be addressed; our Specialists are working as quickly as they can to address each escalated petition. These issues may take several days to resolve though, your patience is appreciated.

You may play normally, switch to an alternate character or even log out of the game completely, just do not close your escalated petition. If you require assistance regarding another issue you are welcome to submit a petition from an alternate character.

Please remember that although we will certainly try to grant your request, no restoration is ever guaranteed. For PvP purchase errors we may be able to refund the points but it is unlikely that we will be able to return any socketed gems or materials used in enchanting the item.

Note: If you have not spoken to a Game Master yet and you need to log out for the evening make sure your petition contains enough information so they can assist you. The name and realm of the character and what item you accidentally purchased would be essential.
