A way to change Secret Question?

I have been trying to find a spot where i can change my secret question to something else, didnt see it anywhere on the account management page.

Is this something i need to actually call Blizzard for?

No, I'm afraid not, Faylen. The Security Question/Answer is one of those currently immutable items on the account.
