instead of heading off to the store and getting a Box, i decided to startup a 10 day trial account and just upgraded it.. so i did
Turned the 10 day trial into a full version, bought BC and upgraded the account .. then paid an additional $25 to have my level 70 priest transfered to the new account.
So far .. so good.. the approval process goes through ..
Now .. as I try to join back into my guild .. you don't have permission to do that, shout out in trade to get a F'n group, you don't have permission to do that , mail something to my other charactors, Trial accounts don't have permission to do squat..
Fine .. in-game ticket to try to resolve it .. And of course you guys know .. in game GM's don't have access or the knowledge to fix this, they need someone from Billing to be able to help me further..
From my point of view .. I've spent $75 on the weekens, transfered a level 70 toon to a new account, and i'm a "Trial" account.
How can I possibly stuck as a "Trial Account" when I already have a level 70 charactor on it.
How was I able to xfer a level 70 toon to a Trial Account
How did it stay a trial account after it was upgraded to BC
How Come there is nobody here to help me fix this issue on a day that I CAN spend the money for all of these options
How come the in-game GM's have their hands tied so much that they are just excuse machines, it must be tiring for them to get their butts chewed because they don't have the access to actually HELP the people they are talking to.
How Come a Billing person isn't online the weekend?
and most of all .. HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED.
