.. sorry I just wanted to be the first idiot in the world to post a " my Blizzard Authenticator broke " thread ... you can lock or delete this thread if you like, I will know I am the "first" either way.

/sigh

Yeah okay so its Friday, just 4.5 hours to go before I leave work for a weekend off.

I have a feeling we're also going to see;

" I lost it"

"I went on holiday without it"

"My wife / girlfriend is mad with me and took it"

"My mom washed it with my pants"

I'm just giddy with anticipation.

Nothing is foolproof! Let us hope that people treat their Authenticators with care.

Well, it will hopefully prove surpassingly difficult to phish Authenticator codes, given their short useful life.

Hrm, it's like having a [Warm Fuzzy] generator in your pocket.

Let us treat these cases with the utmost sympathy and respect, yes?

Surely it would just run on a replaceable cell battery?

The battery should last approximately a decade. If it is anything like other similar devices.

Wait....was that directed at me?

Hahaha, at everyone. I think we've all lost something at one time or another.
