Scroll of Resurrection

I just sent my friend 4 scrolls with the wrong e-mail because he told me it wrong with a "." instead of a "-" to activate it.

Now even with the right e-mail he keeps encountering an error, which is really really annoying. I really would like to play with him, and it's definitely been over 3 months. He's itching to play with me again and I'd really like to get a free month for getting him back into it because after all it means more money for Blizzard.

Thanks in advance, I'd appreciate it if I could get my scrolls back and help my friend get his free 10 days.

Has your friend already used a Scroll of Resurrection before?

As per our Scroll of Resurrection FAQ:

I'm not entirely sure, Veritah. Your friend would be better off speaking to our Billing department, however I do believe that it is only a one time chance. =/

Our Billing department may be able to work something out for you, though. No harm in asking. =)

If a person has activated there scroll but been unable to download there client does that mean that the scroll is invalid :( I am having trouble getting the client due to the devil.


As long as you activated the scroll, it's currently active. =/

You may be able to speak to our Billing department about the issue as well. However, I'm unable to guarantee anything on both accounts. If you're having trouble downloading the client it'd be best to speak with our Technical Support department or perhaps borrow the discs from a friend.

Your friend has one month to accept the invitation and try The Burning Crusade; the offer expires if it is not used within that time. Each friend can only be sent an invitation a total of three times in this program (from any combination of current players). After that, the person is no longer an eligible Scroll of Resurrection recipient.

How many invitations can I send out?
You can have up to five invitations out at any one time. Each time an invitation expires or is claimed, that slot opens up, allowing you to send a new invitation.
