Account Ban Appeal

Hi, my main account was banned about a month ago and I don't think that I had ever did anything bad so I appealed the account ban and the only response I got was that my CC was not going to be charged anymore. I have now come back to wow on a new account and am able to post about this on forums now. But, is this really the only response I will get for for a ban appeal? I knew it may take a while to get a response but it was too long and I never got an email.

Also my alt account was banned too because it was on the same payment but I got no email at all for that account. When my main account was banned that one was still opened and I forgot about it. I try to log in a week later and I am banned? So I go and check my email and nothing...not even in spam and I save most of my emails that are important.

Now one that I can think of that could have lead to a ban of my account is that I was kelogged a week before the ban, but was able to get the pass back before anything bad had happened at least I think, but who knows maybe they could have spammed gold messages or used hacks.

Another possible reason that a friend suggested to me was to do with my anti virus, because I was banned for "packet-sniffing" and he said that Norton Anti-Virus scans incoming and outgoing packets. The reason I think this is because once I install my anti-virus the next day my account was banned.

Previously I have had my account locked because of an account compromise issue, which had nothing to do with a keylogger, my father and I had gotten into a fight and then we both recalled the account which resulted in flagging the account for compromising it.

He lives in New York and no longer lives with me because of a divorce, and if my account was banned for account compromising then that is just plain stupid. As far as I can remember the terms have stated that
Q u o t e:

You represent that you are an adult in your country of residence. You agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and, at your discretion, for one (1) minor child for whom you are a parent or guardian and whom you have authorized to use the account you create on the Service.

World of Warcraft U.S. Terms of Use

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html

So if I was banned for that then Blizzard, you have gone back against your word and banned me for having two people (a minor and an adult) on the same account?

Another reason for the ban in the email said that I could of had some illegal addons like a hack or packet-sniffing program. So I go into my World of Warcraft folder and inspect every addon that could have been a reason for being banned and below is a screen shot of my addon folder, if anyone of those addons is illegal then please do tell me Blizzard

With all of this information I think that I have a pretty strong appeal against the ban of my account if you, Blizzard would please just investigate the account.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account in question? I don't know how much info I can provide, but I can check it out.

Are you sure that your friend wasn't using, say, a botting program? Maybe for Battlegrounds?

I have a good friend who rolls nothing but twinks who got caught up in the ban wave. His only 70 was in greens and blues from instances and he only used it to farm for his twinks. So im sure a few people who were not botting or hacking got caught in the ban wave.

No.

what policy enjoing the game you put out? i guess since you guys are so big you dont really give a rats ass if you lose $15 dollars a month to one person who actually liked playing all it seems that blizz cares about is cashflow to their pockets.

I don't mean to be rude, Marshmellow, but this is some seriously faulty reasoning. If the drive was purely for money, why would we remove anyone from the game? That would result in less money for us, wouldn't it?
