Gm ticket and bot Q

1.) So last night i had up a GM ticket, it was still up when i logged off, this morning i had an email from blizzard saying that they looking into a matter which was brought up by my wow account. Does the ticket still stay open even when you just log out? I mean i wanted to issue looked after and i am pleased that it did i am just wondering if it gets looked after even after you have loged off.

2.) Last night some people we're talking about a bot that someone had spotted, he said he reported the bot but it was still running arround he said. After getting caught botting,reported or getting caught by the warden how long until they are kicked/banned?

Yep! Once you've opened a petition, it will remain open until you close it or we close it. The only time we close your petition is after we've reviewed and investigated it. :)

That depends. Unfortunately, these investigations take a lot of time and documentation. We investigate until we're positive we're taking the appropriate actions.
