Good morning!

That's awesome. you can take the time to respond to this none sense but cann't address real game issues.

/golfclap

My ability to provide answers depends on the issue. I am happy to share what I have but if it's a new issue, still in-discussion, or outside my purview there may not be one available at this time. It may be a mild shock to some, but I don't have the answers to everything.

That, or I can reply with 42.

Unless they're watching us. Like all the time!!

Most likely true.

On a side note, Rygarius, can you do me a HUGE favor?? When I was online last night, approx 5pm pst, I had a string of Disconnect issues where I had literally less then 2 min between logging in and disconnecting. Can u check to make sure that my account wasnt being accessed from a different IP address? I do have an authenticator and I did go change my passwords but I am curious.

Edit: by ONLINE, i meant logged in to wow attempting LFR >.<

You'll want to get in touch with our Game Master department or you can touch bases with them on the Customer Service Forums - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/1011699/. They have the tools and know-how to look into your account concerns.

Becoming? He and Neth (cant remember the rest of the CM's name, the Flaming Candle) have been my favorites for a while lol I think the sense of humor plays a large part!

I thought Neth was a Flaming Candle.

Also, the Flaming Candle ties for worst superhero name ever.

Don't write off that idea. Think of the possibilities with their arch-nemesis, Water Bucket.

You can answer these burning questions:

1. How many roads must a man walk down before he can call himself a man?

2. How many gnomes does it take to screw in a light bulb?

3. What is your favorite color?

1. One, the road of life.

2. Zero. The Gnome would have already invented a light-bulb changing contraption to do it for them.

3. Red.

Rygarius is here, and no one offered him coffee? The shame! :p

Clearly (s)he doesn't need any. : )

Any post you wish to grace with a 42 creates discussion, debate and shows that someone at least read it.

It's already been pointed out multiple times that they do read the posts, even if they don't respond to each and every one. As it's been mentioned several times in this thread, sometimes there's no new answer, sometimes the CM reading it just doesn't know, sometimes they can't just answer willy-nilly, and have to consult with several departments and people to get an answer.

And while they are making those calls or running around to find those people (or maybe just while they're on a break from doing all of that!), I think it's nice that in between, they find time to just chat with us like normal people as well, such as by responding in threads like these. :)

That.

And for subjective/theory topics with no clear answers, a response can actually throw the discussion off. If I were to respond to a thread talking about cake vs. pie being better, anything I say could be misinterpreted as the 'right' answer.

Done. Came to no conclusion so I shall continue. How is it right for a community manager to abandon a topic with tons of feedback and issues never resolved such as the Heart of Fear raid finder loot issue. He gave one update on the thread and then feedback just piled up. People asking for help having their issue resolved including myself. No further updates ever came and the issue was swept under the rug. It was poor customer service. You may not see it that way but many others who were devalued as a customer such as myself definitely will.

Gronn, the topic wasn't abandoned. There was no additional information available.

If you haven't received the Elder Charms please post to the Customer Support forums for assistance where a rep can work on verifying your eligibility. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/1011699/
