Proxy and WoW

I have a question about play wow with a proxy server. I know Blizzard traces players IP address and background program when you are playing wow. If your client change too many times IP address in short period like few hours or few days will receive a warning and suspend for 72hours.

If I setup a Proxy server for others and they use Socks5(SocksCap) run WoW. Will these action got warning as Blizzard discovers many WoW clients connect from same IP address like 5 ~ 10 clients ?
