Battle/Commanding shout should last longer

seriously, they should last longer. i keep having to apply them to myself every 2 minutes because they are basically the only buffs warriors have, and if they were made longer lasting it would make the lives of all warriors much easier.

Off-hand I would say it functions that way because Piercing Howl is a talent and not a core ability. Booming Voice covers the core abilities.

I'll bring it up nevertheless.

Sometimes, the devs can change their minds about something, particularly if the situation changes around it. Class balance is a different thing than it was a month ago, so it doesn't hurt to bring this up again. Maybe they'll still not want to change it. Maybe they will.
