I am just kind of curious why is the ground speed slower then a Epic Land mount? for the amount of gold i had to pay for the mount even the Non-Epic i figured it would move as fast as my current epic mount on the ground. is this possibly a bug or something ? Flying is great and all but i was really hoping to be able to all out replace my old mount with the new flying one. with its current land speed you cant . all the non epic mount is really good for is to get to places you cant with out it. the Non-epic flying mount is not worthwhile to use for traveling.

The normal flying mount is not intended to replace your epic ground mount but instead allow you access to key locations only accessible to flying mounts, as well as allowing you to freakin' fly around.

We fully expect you to continue to use your epic ground mount while on land until you move on to an epic flying mount. The normal flying mount (aside from offering you access to otherwise unreachable locations) provides enough perks for the comparatively small investment that we don't feel it also needs to completely replace your ground mount.

Q u o t e:
The snowy gryphon with some armor on it would look bad-ass.

Yes, yes they would.

PS: I want 800 gold back for buying a second regular mount before the price was reduced from 900 to 100.

No.

PPS: What about the next expansion? Will we have to buy another mount? Will the one we have now work in another planet? Will we have to "attune" our mount to fly in it at level 80?

*shrug* How about we focus on this one for a bit longer? :)
