Starting death knight gear = no sell price?

There are a lot of details about Death Knights that are going to be worked out in time. It seems unlikely that the first thing you are going to want to do with your Death Knight is sell off all of their gear, though like any sort of character progression, you're going to eventually replace it as you progress. What sort of monetary value the starting gear will have if it has one, will be decided further down the road. Let's try to not put the cart before the horse just yet. :)

Say the total starting gear for a DK is worth 20g since you start out at, say, level 60.

Say you can make as many as you want.

What prevents you from making a bunch of DKs and selling the gear for some quick, easy cash?

The details of whether this will be a possibility or not have yet to be worked out.


It was also pointed out at the lore panel that much like Warlocks are a tolerated evil (depending on the race), the Death Knights will also be somewhat shunned and yet tolerated for the power they will bring to the ultimate fight against the Scourge.
