I don't want to not be able to test beta because I didn't pay 30 bucks for a ticket to Blizzcon.

Thousands of players who were not eligible for any promotional Beta keys have gotten, or will be getting Beta keys for testing. Unfortunately, we cannot include everyone in the testing process.
