Frostmourne? Please no.

With the introduction of Arthas in the next expansion, I am guessing with his encounter his sword, the Frostmourne, will be an obtainable item? I hope this is a wrong assumption on one big reason:

What happens if someone gets the Frostmourne? I mean its practically the end of the game when Arthas gets the Frostmourne, and there is only one.

So if someone kills Arthas and gets the Frostmourne, would they not be the "new" Arthas? Having the one and only Frostmoure making them basically the new Lich King?

Please correct me if I am wrong on any of this, I would just prefer not to see another player with Frostmourne... or even multiple swords.

There are a lot of things that have yet to be worked out. The fate of what would happen should Arthas be defeated and that of Frostmourne are two such things that still are under very serious consideration, I assure you.

Ner'zhul's soul is inside arthas' body, what would happen if arthas died? Ner'zhul would be gone too. Since it seems Kil'jaedan is pretty much the only one who can force someones soul into a suit of armor Ner'zhul wouldn't really be able to retreat from Arthas' body into it or frostmourne.

So yeah, Frostmourne is dropping and going to be a legendary ;)


Are you sure that Ner'zhul would be gone too? Killing Arthas, who is flesh, doesn't necessarily mean that Ner'zhul will also be slain now does it?
