Exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy

Obviously you think I'm doing something wrong and have absolutely no evidence and used a loophole (there is no definition I'd assume of "exploiting the economy") to suspend my account.

Nor did you see it fit to explain in an email why you did this.
Nor did you see it fit to reply to my emails.
Nor will you see it fit, I assume, to reply at least until the suspension is over.
Nor will you see it fit, I assume, to refund the days you have taken from me, nor will you add compensation - Prove me wrong.

I sent 40g to an alt (10g, another 10g, then 20g). That alt bought green items with it. That alt leveled and sold some bronze bars and medium and heavy leathers on the auction house. Edit: my main also bought 12 arcane dust for boots enchant?

And this is exploiting the economy? No it's not, so just lift the suspension, apologize, and refund the time lost - And while you're at it perhaps make a phone number so we can call your "customer support" when we don't live in the states... for free.

Edit: The only thing I can think of that would be linked to me in any way is my considerable online time... I have insomnia (incapacitated from work also), I don't get much else to do. But it's not like I spend that time farming and shoving stuff on AH? I'm just leveling an alt :(

Sorry if this comes off rude... But I'm frustrated, and as per the above reason, I'm sitting here staring at my inbox hoping for a reply of "we made a mistake" or something - Unless I actually did something not allowed which I'm not aware of but I have read the TOS/EULA and see nothing there.
