Secret questions and answer

Hello!
yesterday i was on the wow site and i stumbled across the secret answer and question for my acount (Not because i forgot my acc password) i was just looking around etc... and im wondering how do make a new question or get my answer :S i know it sounds shifty but i can supply all details acc, pass, email etc, if i have to call blizz can i please have Full number i currently live in New Zealand. Thank you.
