I apologize for missing this the first time around, Rez, I have forwarded your issue on to have it looked into. We may be able to resolve it shortly if all goes well, I'll return to this thread shortly with an update.

Rez, Rm and Galvator, if you are still around could you please attempt to create a new character and see if you still receive the max character message?

I apologize for missing this thread, Ichopchopfly, I'm usually pretty good about spotting them. :(

The issue should be resolved by tomorrows maintenance period, could you please try to create a character tomorrow and let me know if you are successful?

There are some troubleshooting steps that I can initiate but I wouldn't be able to until tomorrow.

Ichopchopfly, this is certainly not an issue that our Technical Support Staff will be able to assist you with, I am very sorry for the frustration this has caused. If you are around please let me know.

Mordlu, although you are not at the 50 character cap yet, you are very close. I have forwarded your information with Ichopchopfly's and hopefully that should resolve your issue. It might be a good idea if you rid yourself of a few more characters that don't seem to be doing anything; that will give you a bit of breathing room.

Please check the following realms: Eldre'Thalas, Dragonmaw, Gilneas, Silverhand, Blackhand, Dark Iron, Coilfang.

I haven't heard anything back as of yet, Ichopchopfly, I'm guess you are still unable to create a new character?

Not specifically, I was awaiting word about your issue and had hoped to have you test out creating a new character as soon as that word was received.

Hopefully I'll hear something in the next few hours and I'll let you know.

They referred you to our Billing Department because we can't answer such a question. Compensation or credit to an account is not something a Game Master can give you information on.

Hopefully this has been resolved, I just got word back that you and Mordlu should now be able to create new characters.

You should be fine, Lips, the listing on the Realm Selection Screen does not add to our internal count.

It usually takes a little while for the database to update that count but some players have been able to get the list to reset by deleting the WTF folder found in the World of Warcraft directory.

We do not currently have an Eversong realm, the display of the realm is an odd side effect from the battle group merger a little while back.

It looks like you currently have 42 characters on this account, Zazael, if you are unable to create additional characters please submit an in-game petition and let one of our Game Masters know.

Please note that although you may have 50 characters on a single account you may only have 10 characters on a realm.
