All they simply do is say, "sorry I cannot do that for you, is there anything else I can help you with?"
yeah....u can say "I cannot do that for you", cause that's ALL you can say.
so someone is hacking in bg...."we'll look into it"...yeaaaah...riiight
oh but when it comes to screwing ME....you guys really take the cake.
maybe its cause my main is a druid and you guys just really love to screw druids??
yeah lets come out with a product (TBC), and make a certain class particularly strong.....only to screw them a few months later with a humongous nerf.
oh...and lets go ahead and keep ignoring the cat form range bug which makes it even harder for the already gimped feral druid to actually kill anything in pvp.
however...onto the most egregious insult from blizzard. On friday someone wanted me to DE some items for them..6 to be exact. So they trade me 3, i de, and trade back the mats, and they give me 2g. I tell them its 1g per item. They say ok, and trade me another 3, without giving me the 1g they shorted me.
I de the rest of the items, and while i'm at it, i de one of my own greens.
then i go to trade back the mats, and the guy is only giving me 3g when i said 4, and he is demanding all the mats i just disenchanted.
I told him I disenchanted 4 items, and you only gave me 3.
the exact mats for his items were 7 arcane dust, and 1 greater planar essence.
but he saw another 3 arcane dust and expected it was his...probably because he is about as dumb as a doorknob.
anyone with a brain knows you cannot get 10 dust and 1 greater planar from 3 items unless it goes 5 dust, 5 dust, 1 greater planar, which it clearly did not and we were grouped so it showed up to him.
I open trade with him twice with the 7 dust and 1 greater planar, telling him.....you owe me 4g cause you shorted me on the first set, and i'm not giving you mats for an item which is mine.
of course he screams and cry's like a little baby, insults me, and refuses to trade.
i dont have time for little whiny brats and this guy is severely pissing me off.....so i log off since i do have a life outside of wow. In fact i was leaving on a trip, it was friday, and i was late.
so of course this whiny little cheapo kid who is trying to screw me out of my own mats whines to blizzard. They look over it, determine i'm some kind of scammer.....when i've never scammed anyone ever.
in fact i've been scammed before for like a measly 20g.....wooptiedooooo.
so they freaking suspend my account, and they give him....guess what....SEVEN dust and ONE planar, from my inventory...and they give me...YUP....4G.
exactly what i was gonna trade this crybaby.....but only i get 3 days account suspension. Sent numerous emails to the account admin.....still have not gotten a response.
Called up....but you're only allowed to talk to technical support....not someone who can actually help you with an issue.
So, don't trust blizzard, they have THE worst customer service in the world, and screw people left and right.
They obviously have the power to manipulate in game items, since they took stuff out of my inventory and gold from this guy, yet of the multitudes of horror stories i've heard about people whose items mysteriously go missing, or their whole bank gets wiped out, and yet blizzard doesnt do a single thing.
if you're reading this and you work for blizzard, either do something to improve the level of respect for your customers (you know...the guys who put food on your table) or quit your job, unless of course you want to be a complete waste of life who simply contributes to the ever-growing phenomenon of corporate america screws everyone everywhere, all the time for as much money as they will put up with....because they can get away with it.
