Just curious if anyone has an update about when Orcs might get their shoulders back. I feel more like a Gnome everyday that I don't have them. Thanks.

When patch 2.2 goes live. No ETA on that yet but we still need to test voice chat as well (which has not been added on the PTR yet) so keep that in mind.
