Well after my heavy curiosity I decided to pack my pass and head to the Comic Con to see what blizzard was up too there.

To my surprise I actually got to meet and talk to Drysc on Friday.

Aside from advertising the Starcraft 2 cinematic they were quite busy. They were handing out miniature Starcraft 2 and WoW: BC pins. They even had eight stations set up for a mass pvp event inside burnings edge arena. Along with the pins and WoW stations, they were giving out a "quest" where you had to discover more about blizzard from DC comics, Side show attractions, play the card game demo, and you have even find out about the manga. After the "quest" was all said it done you get a spiffy WoW poster featuring Illidan, Akama with the Black Temple.

That basically describes Friday's blizzard activity at Blizzcon that I witnessed

When I came back Saturday I actually met Eyonix as well, he gave me the small details where the next blizzard ware abouts would be and so on, but sadly he said I did miss Neth who was there earlier in the week. However I did get my poster signed by Eyonix and Drysc! However I did have a great time getting the actual people behind their icons!

Hah, stealthy pictures.

Thanks for coming out! We had a great time talking with everyone, handing out the pins and posters we had, seeing some of the great costumes (there's a Warlock tier 5 out there that can definitely win the costume contest at BlizzCon) and playing with everyone on the WoW stations we had set up.

Now we have just enough time to rest up, soothe our aching feet, and prepare for BlizzCon this weekend...

Oh, and I should mention that the BlizzCon schedule of events went up today: http://www.blizzard.com/blizzcon07/schedule.shtml

Is that Coreiel we see there in the picture?

No, although you wouldn't be the first person to make that mistake.

I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you, but I'm glad you were able to meet Eyonix and Drysc there. ;)

It was a great show and we really enjoyed getting to see everyone. Now we get to do it all again for BlizzCon!
