Incorrect "used up your prepaid time" message

I can't log into the game, server says I "used up my prepaid time," but www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/ shows everything as being alright, and the last credit card charge as having gone through on Aug. 3. What's the problem?

However, apparently these steps do not help. According to Danyel, also on page 7:

Resubmitting a credit card or using another results in multiple charges being made and still no services being rendered.

For IMMEDIATE satisfaction, the only solution is to purchase a pre-paid game card at your local game store.

Checking our financial institutions does nothing.
Changing browsers and clearing everything does nothing.
Canceling your subscription does nothing.
Retrying your card does nothing.
Using another card does nothing.
Doing the last two can result in multiple charges.

Our technicians and database administrators work 24/7, Katos, the thing is some of these issues don't necessarily originate with us, and if that is the case we can only do so much until other areas resolve their issues.

I thank you for the attempted insult though, Katos, although I understand the frustration this is causing, snarky posts don't really help the situation. Our guys are doing everything they can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and what they are capable of on a bad day would melt your brain.

I completely understand, Katos, our Billing Department does not work on weekends and that might be where the confusion came from.
