I will let you guys know if I hear anything regarding this issue, the technicians are used to me nagging them.
However, apparently these steps do not help. According to Danyel, also on page 7:

Resubmitting a credit card or using another results in multiple charges being made and still no services being rendered.
For IMMEDIATE satisfaction, the only solution is to purchase a pre-paid game card at your local game store.
Checking our financial institutions does nothing.
Changing browsers and clearing everything does nothing.
Canceling your subscription does nothing.
Retrying your card does nothing.
Using another card does nothing.
Doing the last two can result in multiple charges.
